Accepted Insurance

Fees are covered by most major insurance companies, including:

• Security Health Plan
• Group Health Cooperative
• Blue Cross/Blue Shield
• America’s PPO

Deductibles or co-payments are due at time of service and can be paid with cash, check or card.

In order to ensure that your sessions will be covered under your insurance policy, you will need to contact your insurance company by calling the number on the back of your insurance card listed for either Behavioral or Mental Health. Some questions to ask include:

• “I am scheduled to see Christie Tanner, PsyD, can you verify that she is an “in network” provider for me?”
• “Do I have a deductible and/or copayment?”
• “How many visits do I get per calendar year?”
• “Do I need an authorization for my visits?”
